Since opening day, the Studio has established solid relationships with local farmers and food producers to highlight the incredible bounty of the Hudson River Valley.  From the incredible herbs and braising greens to tender lettuces and baby beets to succulent chickens, ducks and pork, the chefs create menus based on what is available by these hardworking men and women.
Where there are not local options for ingredients, the kitchen looks for sustainable, organic and non GMO modified ingredients.
A HUGE thank you to all our contributing farmers for a spectacular season of outstanding ingredients.  We've seen firsthand the hard work and dedication to the craft that allowed us to create truly special dishes all season long.  
Although the seasons are changing we will continue to highlight all the ingredients some farmers are growing year round.
