Since opening day, the Studio has established solid relationships with local farmers and food producers to highlight the incredible bounty of the Hudson River Valley. From the incredible herbs and braising greens to tender lettuces and baby beets to succulent chickens, ducks and pork, the chefs create menus based on what is available by these hardworking men and women.
Where there are not local options for ingredients, the kitchen looks for sustainable, organic and non GMO modified ingredients.
We are seeing some wonderful offerings from all our farm partners and thank them always for all the hard work they put in to provide us with phenominal ingredients to play with every day!
